1. Purpose of this policy
This policy explains how cancellations and possible refunds are handled for Watt&Link subscriptions and services. Watt&Link is a SaaS service mainly intended for professional and business use. Payments, taxes, invoices, and refunds may be processed by Paddle or by the payment provider enabled at the time of purchase.
2. Free trials, cancellation, and renewals
- Free trial:
Where a plan includes a free trial, the duration and conditions are those shown on the subscription page, checkout, or applicable commercial communication. If the subscription is not cancelled before the trial ends, billing may start according to the selected plan and billing cycle. - Cancellation:
The user may request subscription cancellation through the platform, checkout, payment provider, or by contacting Watt&Link. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access may remain available until that date. - Renewals:
Automatic renewals are processed according to the contracted billing cycle. To avoid a new charge, cancellation must be completed before the renewal. We recommend doing this with enough notice to avoid processing issues. - Plan changes:
Plan upgrades, downgrades, or adjustments may affect limits, access, amounts, or future billing according to the conditions shown when the change is made.
3. When a refund can be requested
- A refund review may be requested when there is a duplicate charge, a technical billing error, an accidental purchase reported promptly, or a service activation failure attributable to Watt&Link.
- Requests must be sent to legal@wattandlink.com or through the available support channel, including the company, purchase email, plan, charge date, and reason for the request. Watt&Link will review the case and may ask for additional information.
- If a refund is accepted, it will normally be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction and according to the payment provider's timelines.
4. Limitations and non-refundable amounts
- Unless applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are not guaranteed for partially used periods, renewals already processed, services already provided, completed configuration, onboarding, custom development or integrations, consumed add-ons, non-recoverable taxes, or incidents caused by external portals, APIs, or providers.
- This policy does not limit any rights the user may have under applicable law. If there is a conflict between this policy, checkout conditions, the payment provider's terms, or applicable law, the legally applicable condition will apply.
